Yes, you can add more than one child. Each child can have only one active subscription.
A sample weekly menu will be visible before the payment option. Once you subscribe you'll be able to see the daily menu for your entire duration. Our menus change every week.
Yes, the 1st subscription of every child comes with a 5-day trial period that allows you to assess the quality of our meals.
Yes, in case the child is unwell or travelling. Pauses are unlimited. The skipped meals will automatically get added towards the end.
You can skip a meal for just 1 day or you can pause the subscription for a longer duration. Dates can be selected from the calendar in the app.
You must ensure that a request is put in 24 hours in advance via the app.
Pre-Primary has lunch option only since they have 1 food break. Classes 1 to 12 have both Breakfast and Lunch.

If you select the 1st subscription within the said trial period, you will get a 100% refund. Post the 5-day trial period, there will be no refund or cancellation.
Yes, you can cancel the subscription anytime, but there will be no refund after the 5-day trial period.
We have well-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with our kitchen partner to keep a strict check on quality and hygiene.
We have strict processes and systems in place for our partners to follow on a regular basis. Our audit team monitors and keeps a strong vigilance on them.

Yes, our tiffins will be delivered on every school day, excluding holidays and weekends.
Yes, we will deliver the tiffin to your child's classroom before recess.
Yes, for only pre primary children (Nursery to KG 2).
Our distribution mechanism includes labelling of each tiffin in canvas bags, divided basis the class and section of the student. The floor wise distribution takes place in an orderly manner to ensure no mismatch. In a rare case that the child gets the wrong tiffin, please contact customer support immediately. We shall replace the meal free of charge.
Yes, it is prepared fresh.
Our food contains all ingredients. In future we could possibly have segregation based on allergies. If the child develops an allergy please seek immediate medical attention. Additionally, please inform our team.
Health issues in a child can develop due to various reasons, including weather, water, food, allergy or coming in close contact with another child. In any case, please seek the necessary medical attention. Additionally, do inform our team about the diagnosis and we will investigate it from our end.
You shall receive a confirmation email upon placing your order. The email will include an invoice or a link to download it. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder. Additionally in the app under "Orders" section you will be able to download the invoice. If you're still unable to find the invoice, reach out to customer support.
